An amazing cottage - so well equipped, everything you could need! Lovely welcome cake and treats for our dog. Kitchen had everything so didn’t need to buy anything beyond what we were eating/drinking. Tucked down a little courtyard the cottage has so many interested ornaments and decor. Warm and cosy! Fantastic location being so close to walks, shops, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had a fantastic holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday. The cottage was really nice and immaculately clean. Better than we expected from the photographs. The owners even left us a few nice items to make our stay even better. The location was great ideal for exploring Northumberland. Rothbury was a really nice friendly little town with some great shops and local pubs. Most days we were able to park the car really close to the courtyard gates. The local people were all really friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this cottage for a base to explore Northumberland.Lee, Rosa and George the English Bull Terrier.

Great Northumberland Holiday

This area never fails to deliver. Walks - coastal,inland,crags and forests. Beautiful beaches. Castles, country houses and estates. Roads relatively traffic free compared with the south. Lovely friendly people. The property is well kitted out with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Ideally situated for the coast and inland countryside.
