Located at Via delle Rose No. 28, it is part of a small, family-run apartment building that includes 4 apartments. Featuring a cool, furnished veranda, inside you’ll find everything you need: bed linens, towels, kitchen linens, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs; beach towels are available upon request. Ideal for travellers arriving by plane with minimal luggage.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious shared courtyard with a parking spot, barbecue, washing machine, and a private outdoor shower. It’s ideal for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to drive, yet you can still reach the beaches of Villasimius—13 km away—or the beaches along the southeast coast, such as Costa Rei and Calasinzias, within an 18-km drive.

Posizione stupenda, casa ben curata

La casa é veramente a un passo dalla spiaggia ( e che spiaggia!), con stanze spaziose e curate. Dotata di tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, ...). Veranda per mangiare all'aperto. Zona tranquilla e spazio per l'autovettura. Host gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Insomma soggiorno veramente a 5 stelle!
