Villasimius-Octobre 2025

Un logement idéal pour passer quelques jours près de Cagliari. A proximité de la mer, et voir de beau paysages de bord de mer. Nous avons eu le sentiment de profiter de l'extérieur tout au long de notre séjour grâce à la véranda qui s'ouvre entièrement sur la terrasse de l'hébergement.

Schöne Villa in guter Lage

Die Villa liegt günstig in Strandnähe und hat eine große Terrasse sowie einen schönen Innenhof,ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war unser Urlaub teilweise getrübt: In einem der unteren Zimmer gab es Probleme mit der Kanalisation, was zu starkem Geruch führte. Zudem war eines der Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert. Auch war das Geschirr nur sehr knapp bemessen für vier Personen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft schön, aber die genannten Mängel sollten behoben werden,um Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm zu machen

Exklusives schönes Haus

sehr schönes, grosses zT neu renoviertes Haus mit sehr grosser gemütlicher Terrasse in sehr guter Lage. (350m vom Strand mit Bar / Restaurant) Sehr schöne, neue (leider mangelhaft ausgerüstete) Küche. Sehr exklusiv: Grosse Fensterfront! Der Wohn-Essraum kann ganz geöffnet werden. Praktische warme Aussendusche. Schöne Sitzecke Mehrere Angaben waren falsch. (Abwaschmaschine, Backofen, Toaster haben gefehlt) keine Meersicht (Haus war neu im Angebot)
