Spacious and charming apartment in the heart of North Park

Spacious and charming apartment, overlooking a beautiful garden, tucked away behind craftsman-style house in the heart of historic North Park. The perfect location in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and markets. Close to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Downtown Coronado Beach, and Fashion Valley Mall.
Apartment is 600 sqft and has beautiful hardwood floors. It has large windows which provide lots of natural light and allow an air-flow and breeze. The unit also has a portable air conditioner for extra comfort during the warm summer months.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and is facing east allowing you to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the morning. The living room is spacious and has a smart TV (access to local channels and Netflix). The kitchen is fully equipped. On the porch/entrance of the apartment is a small sitting area with a view of the courtyard garden and beautiful San Diego sunsets; a great spot to recharge after a day of walking, shopping, golfing, and spending time exploring one of the beautiful beaches or San Diego's many other attractions.


Neighborhood:
North Park is a historic/hip neighborhood with something for anyone's taste: art galleries, the North Park Observatory, great restaurants, coffee shops, little corner markets, several small breweries, scooter rentals and Morley Field park all in walking distance.

Less than a mile from the city Golf Course and 2 miles from the heart of Balboa Park with it’s wonderful Museums, Botanical Garden, Old Globe Theater and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

In just 10-15 minutes you can get to downtown, Little Italy, The Gas Lamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Convention Center, Fashion Valley shopping mall as well as Coronado and other beach communities.

No need to strip bedding, our cleaning service will take care of that. Please wash all used dishes and place them in dish rack (can be found under the sink).
Please place your keys in the bowl on the little table inside the door when you leave. No need to lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location in North Park, with a cute apartment and friendly hosts. Enough towels and anything else we needed, and getting in and out was super easy with plenty of parking and stuff in walking distance. The only downside was the pillows on the bed were possibly the most uncomfortable we've ever experienced (only options were ones that were crazy firm or very lumpy) so my partner and I had a very hard time sleeping, but the bed itself was comfortable.

Our stay was amazing! The unit was perfect for my wife and I. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden was absolutely beautiful and such a peacful place to relax. The neighborhood was cute, safe and full of great places to eat and grab coffee. Street parking was easy, which made getting around simple. Bill was an excellent host.
