A petit pied-a-terre that provides a perfect base for exploring Cornwall and relaxing while doing so too. Finished to a high standard, very comfortable and stunning views.

Very good. Issue with shower flooding but sorted this myself. Excellent view. Parking can be a struggle.

This flat is on the 1st floor and has been renovated in the past few years. All the appliances were in very good condition. The view of St. Ives and the harbour is beautiful. I could look out the bay window for hours watching the tide and weather change. Parking is tight if you arrive in an automobile. GF
