Apartment with seaview’s from all rooms

Seaview is a stunning first floor luxury apartment furnished to a high standard. The apartment has amazing sea views across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse from both bedrooms and distant sea views towards St Ives Island from the lounge, kitchen and balcony. Located just above Carbis Bay Beach, one of the best in the UK, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the water's edge and an ideal base for exploring the many wonderful attractions West Cornwall has to offer.

The property is light and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms, with a comfortable lounge / diner, all of which lead out onto the balcony. The balcony itself has a table and four chairs and is a perfect sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening, ideal for having a drink whilst watching the sun go down!

There are flat screen TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and a Sonos One smart speaker. In addition there is a good range of games and books to keep you entertained. Outside the apartment there is a private parking space in addition to visitor parking available on a first come first served basis.

Carbis Bay with its blue flag beach is a great location and easy to reach by road or rail. The small train station located just a stone's throw away will take you into St Ives within 3 minutes and is probably the most scenic journey you are likely to take - and it will save you the need to park your car in St Ives, which in high season is a real bonus. Alternatively a walk along the coastal path with its breathtaking views of the bay will take around 20 minutes.

St Ives is a true gem with its cobbled streets, picturesque harbour, golden beaches and abundance of galleries and restaurants. And don't forget, this is just a taste of what Cornwall has to offer. With the Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Flambards, Lands End and Paradise Park, to name but a few, there really is something for everyone.

Seaview is a fantastic place to stay in Carbis Bay. The apartment is furnished to a high standard meaning it is very comfortable and has what you need to enjoy your stay. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise when we arrived. It's location was brilliant for the beach and catching the train to St Ives. We would highly recommend staying at Seaview for a holiday!

Seaview is a lovely apartment. The apartment was as described (although the dryer is an airer and the BBQ grill is an oven grill) and clean on arrival. It was a perfect location for the beach (5 min walk to the beach, about 7 min back up the hill) and getting to St Ives. We really liked the quiet location and easy parking. Fantastic communication from the host who happily answered my queries. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends and family.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was well equipped, comfy beds, clean and well presented throughout. Loved the balcony and convenience of having our own parking space. Location is fantastic, you can walk or catch the train to st Ives and surrounding areas without fuss. The accommodation is so quiet and peaceful and the local beach is superb. Ash was great at responding to any queries we had. Look forward to staying again in the near future.

We've just spent a great week at Seaview - a perfect base for exploring Cornwall.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness & the layout of the Apartment - beautifully uncluttered yet wants for nothing and, at the end of the day, a delightful spot to unwind on a balcony overlooking the sea in the distance followed by a good nights rest in a very "comfy" bed.It is worth mentioning that the surrounding area is quite hilly so whilst not an issue for us, it may not suit those with mobility difficulties or infirmities.Overall, a flawless stay and we certainly appreciated the "Cornish Cream Tea" welcome pack. We would absolutely book again!

Lovely comfortable and stylish apartment in great location. We stayed for a week as a family of four with teenage sons and found the apartment had everything we needed, it was very comfortable and provided great access to the areas we wanted to explore. Great to have parking and Carbis Bay beach within a 5min walk (took a bit longer coming back up the hill). We walked to St Ives most days or caught the train and founds lots of places to see within walking distance or a short drive. We'd definitely return to Carbis Bay as enjoyed the location being a little way from busier St Ives and would stay here if they had availability.

Lovely apartment, very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Few mins walk down to beautiful Carbis Bay beach and an easy 30-40 min walk along the coast path into St Ives. Will definitely look to return.

A beautiful apartment from which we were easily placed to explore the local area and further afield. The apartment was clean and cosy with home from home facilities. We loved the view. A few trees coming into leaf but I would not expect them to spoil the pleasure of the view. The little train was very useful getting to and from St Ives. Porthkidney beach and Lelant are also worth a visit by train.We loved our stay and certainly plan to return.

Relaxing luxury apartment with delightful views from all rooms and the balcony. Very clean and had everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. Extremely easy to get into St Ives using the nearby rail station. We also walked down to the beach, which was lovely, and up to the local pub. Hosts were great and we look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaview. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from Carbis bay beach and 20 minutes to Porthminster Beach. The scenery is beautiful, with sea views from every window of the apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely like to go back!

Ashley's home town is Gloucester & Claire's is Sheffield, although her family have lived in St Ives for many years.

We now live just outside Kingsbridge in Devon, where we run our online business from home.

Why they chose this property

We just love Carbis Bay and the area!

The beach has to be one of the best in the world, very pretty and safe for children to swim and surf, whilst the grown ups can sun bathe on the beach or have a drink at the bar and eat at the restaurant.

Carbis Bay is well located for exploring the north and south coast of Cornwall.

We are always amazed at the local weather climate and would always say to our guests if the weather isn't so good in Carbis Bay take a look at the south coast only 20 minutes away, as it could be totally different!

What makes this property unique

The apartment has sea views from all rooms - you can even sit in bed and see it!

And of course you can enjoy a glass or a bite to eat on the balcony.

The rooms are spacious and larger than most of the other apartments we viewed when looking to buy.
