Paulina: Holiday home in beautiful neightborhood

Holiday home for 6 people in L'Escala, located 5 minutes (350 m) from Empúries beach. The historic centre of L'Escala is 2.8 km away, the supermarket is 2.4 km away and the Montgrí Natural Park is 5 km away. The accommodation is spread over two floors. The living-dining room has a television and a 110 cm sofa bed. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including an American filter coffee maker, dishwasher and oven. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three 90 cm single beds. All beds have bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows. There are also two bathrooms with shower. Outside you will find a garden with an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue. The accommodation has WiFi and two air conditioners with hot and cold function, one of them located in the living-dining room. It also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline with tongs and private parking for two cars. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Holidays

We really liked the resort with its small vacation homes right on the beach. We also appreciated its proximity to St. Marti and the lovely restaurants. Even L’Escala is within walking distance. Repair the shower and the basin in the Upper bathroom. Put the waste out of the garage.

Wunderschönes mit viel Geschmack renoviertes Haus , in genialer Lage

Absolute unkomplizierte Abwicklung . Check in - check out perfekt . Sehr sauber und mit viel Geschmack renoviert. Perfekte Lage . Meer, Restaurant alles in der Nähe. Keine Hotels, kein Massentourismus. Klimaanlage. Auch super für Haustiere. Hundestrand in der Nähe und viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren/Joggen. Leider keine Liegen im Garten / Terasse. Das Tor lässt sich nur mit Mühe öffnen und schließen. Stellplatz für PKW sehr eng, da die Wiese rechts nicht mehr befahrbar ist. Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung wäre wünschenswert...Gläser...Weingläser...Schneidebrett... Sangriakaraffe usw.

Habitués des locations chez K3homes, La maison Paulina est une des plus jolies et des mieux entretenues. Cosy, confortable, située dans un coin calme. Le plus, télévision avec toutes les chaînes françaises. Agence avec personnel agréable, répondant à vos attentes et soucieux de votre bien être. Arrivée et départ souples en dehors de la saison. Nous continuerons à louer via cette agence. Nous recommandons. Un petit four serait un plus.

Séjour Toussaint

Propreté et Tout !!! 2 salles de bains, la terrasse, le barbecue, les lits faits, la décoration de la salle. Manque cruellement d’un four, d’une essoreuse à salade, la baie vitrée d’entrée ne s’ouvre pas facilement.
