I enjoyed my stay at Gulf Beach Resort. The staff and residents were all so kind and welcoming. As a young women there by myself I felt very safe. It is a nice and quiet and safe place to visit I would definitely stay here again!

We love the Gulf Beach Resort. Kathy does a great job managing the building and she's so friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who does the grounds upkeep, hall upkeep, etc. is also so friendly while at the same time he keeps working and always asked if we needed anything.

The 19 condos in this building are all one bedroom with a max of four people per condo.With this being a smaller number of condos, this helped to not have too many people in the pool and hot tub.The beach area also was not crowded. This is the first time we booked a codo a year in advance.
