This apartment is located in the heart of the city, a few meters from the La Latina metro station.

La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid to go for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.

The apartment:
A nice and practical apartment conveniently located on the first floor of the building, without a lift.
As soon as you enter you will find the kitchen, which communicates with the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. The tastefully decorated living room has a double sofa bed.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms that are beautifully designed. They are equipped with a double bed each and have direct access to their own bathroom with shower.
There is Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

The apartment does not have private parking. However, those traveling by car will find a public parking in front of the building.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
