Excellent apartment in the center of Madrid

Fully decorated and equipped apartment available for rent.

It is a cozy apartment located on the third floor of a classic building with elevator.
The decoration of the apartment is designed to make you feel at home.
The housing differentiates the social area from the private area to have more privacy and tranquility. Thus, the social area consists of a separate kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and all appliances. On the main facade there are two balconies through which natural light enters the large living room, also has a work area.

The sleeping area has three bedrooms, all with fitted closets from floor to ceiling. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

The house has air conditioning system in all rooms.
Supplies included in the price: Electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

We have cradle. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

Excellent location in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, with a great cultural, leisure, restaurant and commercial offer. A few meters from Puerta de Sol and Plaza Cibeles.

A deposit of 295€ is charged. This amount will be returned once the property has been checked and found to be in good condition.

This is a solid 3.5-star apartment. The location is truly *excellent* -- a 10-12 minute walk to absolutely everything. The unit lacked some of the amenities necessary to qualify it as a 4 or 5-star. There were four burned out light bulbs that made it dark, a request for additional towels was declined, there is no hot water in the kitchen, insufficient basic supplies (dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, paper towels), insufficient number of dishes, and no options for hanging or shelves for placing personal items. The apartment is spacious, clean, in good condition, and secure.

My sisters and I were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We washed a load of clothes and it was very convenient to have the washing machine. I appreciated having the elevator.

Great central city location in Madrid

We were in town to visit our college student studying in Madrid with our older teen/young adult children, and this was the perfect spot! Great location, with an easy walk to so many of the sights, metro, shopping and dining! Lots of space for our family, and the apartment was very clean. The owner was very communicative and helpful. There was some construction on the street but it did t hinder us at all. Highly recommend!
