The rooms were clean and tidy upon arrival. Air conditioning works very well and all appliances are in order. A convenient location, only 15/20 mins from the main square

We arrived in the apartment and the air conditioner was not working. After more than 1 hour that the air conditioner was working, without cooling the air, in the room there were 33 degrees. We had to find an hotel by ourselves and we paid the fee for the first night of our holiday. The day after Wonderful Italy provided an alternative apartment.

A quiet retreat in a superb location!

My spouse and I loved our stay here! The apartment was more than enough space for the two of us, well-appointed, and we especially loved the secluded patio. GREAT location: We walked everywhere from here! It's close to a beautiful city park and the famous Santo Stefano churches. Just a 20-minute walk into the main plaza and other famous sights.Quiet: The location is right off a main artery into the center of town but once inside, it's so quiet you'd never know you were in the heart of Bologna! Responsive staff: They were able to accommodate our late check-in after a change in our flight delayed us. And were very responsive via the VRBO chat!

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß sehr zügig im Zentrum. Der Mitarbeiter der uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment selbst ist leider ziemlich runtergerockt. Eine Aufzählung der einzelnen kaputten Teile würde zu lange dauern. Es sind alles Kleinigkeiten die in Summe aber einen ungepflegten und lieblosen Eindruck hinterlassen. Das ist schade und unnötig.

Appartement op 4e verdieping zonder lift. Er is airco, maar bij in elk geval meer dan 34 graden kan de airco het niet aan wordt het appartement op geen moment koel, volgens thermostaat niet onder de 29 graden. Appartement vertoont wat mankementen, zoals douche kop ophanging is stuk en een bedlampje. Dit was bekend bij onze contactpersoon. Ligging van het appartement was wel goed.

This was a nice apartment. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main historical area and on the top floor of the building. There were some things that needed tending to. The toilet seat and lid were completely broken off and we were told that by the person that greeted us. I also messaged about this the next day. It was not fixed in the 3 nights we were there. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and I was told to look everywhere. No follow up. The kitchen was very dark so cooking in there was tough. A couple of areas could have been cleaner.

C'est un très bon point de chute et pour plusieurs bonnes raisons :- à proximité du centre (15-20 minutes à pied environ par la très belle rue San Stefano),- au calme puisque l'appartement donne un petit jardin avec vue sur les toits sans avoir réellement de vis-à-vis,- une petite terrasse bien agréable pour les petits-déjeuners,- confortable pour un court ou moyen séjour. - communication et accueil réactif.

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Bologna

Die Wohnung im Zentrum von Bologna war super für unseren Städtetrip. Man kann alle Attraktionen in der Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen und zwischendurch für eine Pause auf der Terasse zurück kehren. Direkt ums Eck gibt es ein kleines Café in dem man prima frühstücken kann. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns nicht gestört hat und dem Aufenthalt keinen Anbruch getan hat. Der Checkin war unkompliziert und Kommunination per WhatsApp einfach. Allerdings verspätete sich der Checkin-Guide. Und man musste einiges an Formularen online ausfüllen. Parken darf man in der Straße nur kurz. Aber außerhalb der Altstadt gibt es Parkplätze.

Enjoyed another stay in Bologna, 1st time in this Apartment...building very quiet..Apartment was great..REALLY comfy bed..comfortable place for 2 people...All the needs in the kitchen area..We didnt cook..so cant comment on the facilities..It was very dusty on shelves & floor, and a few loose tiles in the shower..but not the end of the world...We enjoy an outdoor space...this one is fine...but we missed a view..On saying that yes we would stay her again...Excellent value for money
