Firstly Roberto was very responsive and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the equipment provided for cooking was more than adequate. Most important the studio flat’s situation is superb. The major attractions can all be reached on foot.

The property was as stated in listing . It is located in ZTL so if driving you have to park in lot 300-400 meters away but it's a nice lot , not dirt and it's only 12 euros a day.Roberto was there to great us and give us the details of the rental. It is very secure. Not large but fine for 2 people.

Perfect for Couples

This place was perfect for me and my wife's Bologna vacation. There is a place for breakfast a few steps away, and a wine bar and gelatto also close by. It is an easy walk to the center of Bologna. Highly recommend!

Welcoming host who was always contactable. Secure, quiet apartment we did not need parking as the apartment was centrally located with shops, restaurant, bakery a cafe within a few minutes walk away. Washing machine worked well. No patio/ garden but that was not a given in the host's description. There was, however, a lovely park nearby. Good secure wifi.A bit dated but everything worked. The bed was comfortable and linen impeccable. This apartment might not suit everyone but we were very relaxed and comfortable there.

Roberto was very helpful but respected our privacy, very discreet. The property is like a large junior suite, one large room with kitchen and bed area, with a large bathroom with washing machine and a separate closet area with a dresser. The kitchen is functional . There are lots of great restaurants nearby, a fantastic coffee breakfast a short walk away and a full grocery story a 10 minute walk. Getting to the historic centre down narrow meandering and colonnaded streets takes a leisurely 15 to 20 minutes depending on how much you stop to look around.
