The apartment is located in the heart of Bologna, in a very quiet environment. E 'equipped with every comfort and cared for every furnishing. The attic is on two floors and is located on the second floor of a historic building.
The new roof, all wood, giving it a warm and welcoming.
The overlooking the beautiful courtyard, very quiet, and a lovely terrace offers a view over the rooftops and the hills of Bologna. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, electric kettle and toaster. In the bedroom on the upper floor there are a double bed and a wardrobe. From the window of the bedroom leads to a terrace that overlooks slotted a nice view over the rooftops and the hills of Bologna.


Context: Ten minutes from the famous Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers, the apartment is in a position to fully enjoy the city. Bologna is the city that has the largest medieval center of Italy, boasts the oldest university in the world and is famous for its upbeat atmosphere and enjoyable. It is located 1 hour from Florence, Milan, Venice, Verona, Modena (the city of Ferrari) and Ravenna; is 2 and a half hours from Rome. It is also close to the famous Adriatic coast, sea and fun place and the Corno alle Scale, renowned ski resort.

This small simple apartment makes the perfect base for exploring Bologna. It is a 5 to 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, a few seconds from a small supermarket for collecting provisions, quiet, clean and comfortable. What could be better?

Adorable apartment, well located, super comfortable bed and gorgeous view off the terrace! All the sights, markets and restaurants were well within walking distance. Laura was always available to answer questions. There was nothing lacking in the apartment and we really love the vibe. Cozy and spacious all at once!

A lovely apartment

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was perfect for me and Laura was very kind and helpful. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a good sized shower, larger than I have seen in other apartments I have stayed in while visiting Europe. And I found the bed to be extremely comfortable! Secure building in a quiet neighborhood, a bit out from the center but quite walkable.

Great Apartment!

My husband and I have a lovely stay at Laura’s apartment. It is exactly like the photos: charming yet modern. It is almost a 30 minute walk to the train station which was perfect for us as we used it four times during our stay. The bedroom is very quiet even though it is a fairly busy street in a large city, so we slept well each night. The historic district is less than 5 minutes away, so it is an excellent location for eating and touring sites. There are also two excellent grocery stores nearby. We will definitely stay here again when in Bologna.

Perfect apartment to explore the city

This was a great little apartment for my husband and I to use as a home base while exploring Bologna. Laura is a very helpful host providing recommendations, securing a cab for us when we departed and even meeting us early for check in when our plans changed at the last minute. The apartment is very close to the center of Bologna and gives you a nice place to relax during siesta hour when you've had too much delicious food! We had breakfast on the balcony a few mornings and the kitchen is nicely equipped if you do choose to cook. The neighborhood is quiet and we were really glad to have such a clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city.

Great quiet spot near the heart of Bologna

This location proved to be ideal for our two person trip to Bologna, both for visiting local sites as well as a headquarters for day trips around the area. The address is on a busy street but since the apartment is at the top and faces away from the street it was very quiet and we did not notice any street noise. The check-in was very smooth with Susy, the apartment was clean and well maintained, and the wifi worked great for planning and calling home. Although we did not meet her in person, Laura was a great guide for us and kept in touch before and during the trip, helping us with advice and ideas on getting around and seeing things. Her communication was outstanding, we never had to wait long to get a response from her. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Apartment in Bologna

We stayed here for 21 days while visiting Bologna & the Emilia-Romagna region. It’s location is perfect short taxi from arrival airport and short 20 minute walk to train station if you wish to explore other towns which we did a lot. There are good restaurants nearby, grocery stores and many places to have your espresso or morning cappuccinos. Short walk less than 5 minutes the historic sites of Bologna. The apartment was charming and modern. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a beautiful full standup shower which we were quite happy to find out as my husband is tall. Laura kept in contact if we needed anything. The apartment was well stocked, we made good use of the terrace overlooking the Bologna hillside to have our morning coffee. It was the perfect apartment for our stay and will be returning.

Comfortable romantic attic

The apt is everything wonderful that you might read about. The house is very clean and quiet. From the bedroom terrace you can enjoy a pleasant view over the hills of bologna; it is very pleasant to have breakfast there. Perfect location: it is close to all the most important places of interest. Restaurants and sights are all in walking distance of this apt. This beautiful apartment is bright; well equipped kitchen, comfortable and quiet bedroom. Laura is at your service when you need her and is amiable and accommodating. It was necessary to check out a little late and she was very helpful indeed. We don't believe there could have been anything else in the apt that we would need. Don't hesitate to stay there. A good night sleep in a romantic attic is always welcome!

Had some communication issues as owner does not speak English. Worked it out using Whatsapp. I had two back to back reservations and owner was confused. Late check in a result of apartment needing to be cleaned. Lots of stairs. 47 steps to get to unit and a dozen more to the bedroom. Cute place with balcony/patio. AC only in upstairs bedroom. Suggested to owner to ad fan downstairs. No instructions included for European style washing machine.

The area is really good to explore with a lot of nice places and restaurants. Public transport is no problem, the apartment is super central. A grandiose Apartment!!!

Sehr zentral gelegen erwartet und die hübsche Wohnung in der Altstadt. Die schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, die kleine Dachterrasse läd zum Verweilen ein und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, eine Duschwand oder ein Duschvorhang wären hilfreich. Bolongna ist eine wunderschöne und sehr saubere Stadt und ein Ausflug lohnt sich absolut. Laura ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat sich sogar um unser Taxi für den Rückweg gekümmert. Es ist durchaus möglich das wir wieder kommen! Sehr zu empfehlen! Very centrally located and nice apartment in the old town. The key handover was easy and uncomplicated. The equipment of the apartment is great, the small roof terrace invites you to linger and offers a fantastic view! The apartment is very clean, a shower screen or a shower curtain would be helpful. Bologna is a beautiful and very clean city and a trip is absolutely worth it. Laura is a wonderful hostess and even took care of our taxi for the way back. It is quite possible that we will come back! We recommend!

Wonderful Apartment in Bologna!

Laura’s “attic” was perfect for our stay in Bologna. Easy to get to from the train station and Laura graciously introduced us to the apartment and the area. It’s walking distance to just about anything you might want to see in the area, and given it is on a busy street it is very quiet and peaceful. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of the balcony, but it was a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as described, we would absolutely choose to stay again.

Lovely apartment close to city centre about 20' away and living in the real Bologna city with local

2 weeks stay but we travelled easily by train to Ravenna x2,Florence,Parma and Ferrara.Great for walking around,eating & drinking and seeing most of the sites.Loved the walk to Sans Lucca along the porticoes but need to be fit
