Great family home just a couple of minutes walk from the yacht haven and town centre, perfect for families, groups and crew alike. Sleeps 9 guests comfortably in upstairs bedrooms, and there is a sofa bed and floor mattress in the living room for extra people if needed (sleeps up to 12 max). Spacious rooms and sea views from some of the bedrooms. Large kitchen diner, separate living room and cosy snug with comfy sofas and smart TV. Private back yard perfect for a summer evening. On road parking for one vehicle (visitor permit can be arranged) and walking distance from the passenger ferry. The perfect place to use as your base to explore the island. Lovely house in a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay in Cowes, the host was very helpful and everything went very smoothly. The downstairs, kitchen, lounge and most of the bedrooms were lovely. The one upstairs didn’t have a door just stairs, which should be highlighted as it wasn’t suitable in terms of privacy which was a problem. Another had small beds not really fit for adults and was very small, so I wouldn't recommend having too many adults staying. The downstairs bedroom worked well but again better for children. We were able to park 5 mins walk away which was fine and often there were spaces on the street, and we appreciated the residents permit. Overall it was fantastic value for money in a great location but would have appreciated more understanding about the bedrooms.

Excellent location. Just short walk from red jet. Nice spacious house. Lots of sleep options for group of friends. Good value.

Cowes

Comfortable house and great access into Cowes and island. The owner was really helpful and prompt. However only thing to be mindful of is parking (even with permit that owner kindly arranged) wasn’t easy. Overall great stay.

Great Location

We had a lovely time at this property. The location to town is great. We were a family of 7, 5 adults and two 5 year olds. We spent the majority of our time when at the property, in the large kitchen. Claire the property manager, was outstanding from beginning to end.

Housing in Cowes

The location of this house was ideal for our purposes. It was central to Marina, grocery shopping, ferry. Can walk to everything an no car necessary. Property owner was very responsive and helpful if any questions. Would stay here again.
