Our home features a clever, flexible layout that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Master):
A peaceful bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ample storage, and a dedicated dressing station with a large mirror and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2:
A second beautifully appointed double bedroom, perfect for a second couple or the kids.

The Garden Room (Multi-functional Dining & Bedroom 3):
This is the heart of the home's flexible design. Featuring large windows looking out over our private garden and decking, this room functions as a scenic dining room for 6 people by day. By night, the dining space converts into a comfortable third bedroom featuring a high-quality single bed with a pull-out trundle bed (ideal for 2 children or teenagers).

Note on the Garden Room: This room features direct access out onto the raised timber deck, making it the perfect spot for indoor-outdoor socialising. If your group is smaller (up to 4 guests) and you do not require the trundle beds, this room remains fully set up as your dedicated garden-view dining room!

We really enjoyed our stay as the house is a great base for exploring the local area. Being able to walk to the beach was brilliant. Lawrence was a really helpful friendly host and the house had everything you need, including toiletries and kitchen supplies which is so handy. It was nice to have the contained garden for the children to play in too.
