Villa Lilylu is a lovely modern detached villa located in the heart of central Puerto del Carmen only minutes from the beach and local amenities. Perfect for couples and families, the villa is on two levels and consists of 3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enter through the large patio doors to find a bright spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa and chair, air conditioning, flat screen TV with Internet TV and offers a large choice of UK channels, films and sports also channels are available in various languages. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a vanity table, the bathroom on the ground floor consists of a large walk in shower, WC, wash basin and a hairdryer. Located on the 1st floor are two bedrooms with king-sized beds, both have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading to a balcony. The first-floor bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and hairdryer. There The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort and hosts 3 electronic awnings, a sofa and two chairs, built in BBQ and a large outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is electrically heated during the winter months. Enjoy the long sunny days on the comfortable sun loungers provided for your use. There is a bathroom located next to the pool area with a wash basin, WC and washing machine.

First time to book a Villa and this did not disappoint! Wonderful property, so spacious inside and outside, 10min walk to main strip, 3 min walk to local shop where all essentials can be got.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely be on our list of places to revisit in the future.

The property was very clean modern and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for beach, restaurants and shops. Also close to the old town. The outside area was lovely, the pool was good for cooling off. The first couple of days a very noisy family stayed next to us, but after that it was perfect. Overall a beautiful property in an extremely good location and we had an enjoyable stay . Also the welcome pack was very thoughtful. Thank you .

Villa Lilylu is an amazing holiday property, outstanding in every level. It has a stunning layout and three good sized double bedrooms, two of which have their own terrace or balcony, the bathrooms are modern and well equipped, the kitchen is spacious and comes with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal with the living space offering lots of seating and connectivity with a superb TV and satellite/smart apps. The outside of the building is as stunning as the outside with a well propositioned pool that’s great to cool off in, superb for children, there are ample sun loungers and a lovely dining and lounge area to enjoy also.It is a short 5 minute walk onto the main coastal commercial area with loads of bars and restaurant. It’s the perfect villa, in the perfect location managed by the perfect host. Gill communicated throughout the stay and before we arrived with a very smooth access process and easy to manage key system. The stay was truly magnificent and I would 100% recommend this amazing villa for anyone looking for a modern, comfortable holiday stay that is centrally located that offers great value for money.
