The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations. We have just stayed a week there and had a lovely time. The property is large, spacious and has been kept in a great condition. You can tell that it’s a well loved and looked after property and it was nice that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The outside area including the pool is a nice place to be and the pool was larger than expected. Communication with Karen the local property manager was excellent and she was always on hand if we needed her. The location is about a 5-10 min walk to the sea front where there are lots of very good restaurants and bars.

We regularly rent villas in PDC. This is now my favourite, the location is great, the villa is clean & secure. The pool and surrounding area is kept in great condition & was often cleaned during our stay. Chris & Karen were a delight to meet & on hand to help with anything we needed. It was very hot when we stayed in August and having the air con was an added bonus, as we could actually sleep sound at night, unlike other villas we have stayed at.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Villa. Chris & Karen were great & left a welcome pack of food & drink that was a really nice touch. The Villa has everything you need & is within easy walking distance from the several supermarkets & bars & restaurant's along the front .

Lovely week at Casa Fina which is a nice property in a quiet area of PDC, yet less than a 10 minute walk down to the strip and Playa Grande beach. It's a one mile, easy walk to the Old Town harbour area. We were greeted by Karen the property manager on arrival even though our flight had been delayed by almost 2 hours and it was very late evening when we arrived. There was a decent welcome pack of essential, basic food and drinks. The layout is a but unusual with the bedrooms downstairs but we soon got used to that. All three bedrooms were spacious. The main bathroom is modern and large. The kitchen very well equiped. There's a nice, large balcony which overlooks the magnificent swimming pool. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful property, exactly as described. Pool an added bonus especially with two young children (6 & 9). Equiped with all you need. Karen & Chris also looked after us , at hand to answer any questions. Would be our first choice to go back to Lanzarote with the family.

Had an amazing time staying at Casa Fina, we arrived late at night and there was a welcome pack of essentials in the fridge for our arrival wish was much appreciated.Casa Fina is an amazing holiday home it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday it felt like home from the home the minute we arrived and settled in.The pool is amazing for relaxing around and to cool off from the heat.Casa Fina is located in a nice quiet area but is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach and promenade where you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from and a supermarket is 3 minutes walk away for essentials.Karen and Chirs who manage Casa Fina were brilliant and easily contactable if we needed anything during our stay.We will definitely be returning to Casa Fina in the near future.

Great villa

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fina. Pool is a fantastic size and the outdoor terrace for eating is lovely. Communication with owner and property managers was really easy and any questions we had were immediately answered. We would stay here again definitely.

An Amazing Villa Stay – 5 Stars!Our villa stay was absolutely fantastic. Karen and Chris looked after us so well – true 5-star hosts! Fantastic Villa in a private Location

Beautiful Villa with lovely pool

The property is absolutely lovely - clean rooms, plenty of towels for showering and for pool, fantastic balcony to watch sunrise and sunset. Cannot fault it. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach and beachfront bars and restaurants.

Great locations and ammenities

We had a lovely time staying at the Villa. Ideal location and well stocked with all the items you need to make your stay comfortable. The kids loved the pool, we loved the balcony. Chris and Karen made sure we were welcome and if we needed anything, they were a text or call away. Overall, we had a really nice holiday

Home from home

Great location close to most things once we got our bearings. We like to walk so no problem for us. The heated pool was superb as was the BBQ. Ideal for small group we are pensioners but young at heart we loved it what more can you say
