A GORGEOUS Fully equipped 1 bedroom condo in the Heart of beautiful Kona.
Nicely decorated, newly done Kitchen and Bath, with a new full-sized washer and dryer. This 1 bedroom unit has a huge comfortable King bed a, a pull-out queen(outside), and a new comfy trundle bed that is 2 separate single beds.
Wifi is included, flatscreen with lots of bonus channels.
The Lanai (porch) is a very good size with a Tommy Bahama, dining table, high quality shades, a couch, fans, and chairs
The building is secure, and has free parking, underground secure parking.
Located on the 3rd and 4th floor, yes we have elevators, there are bbq/sun decks with a perfect view of the Church, The Palace and the main road, great for viewing parades or marathons.
The pool is in a quiet private setting and is generally never crowded.
The location is within walking distance of every restaurant and there is an ABC store across the street.
The pier is a 5 minute walk with some of the best snorkeling, swimming and white sand beach.
Beach Chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear along with other items are in the unit for your use.
Because, I live there half the year it is fully stocked with great quality cooking items and appliances.
This is the perfect place to stay in Kona, and enjoy The Big Island and all it has to offer.

I have rented for many years in this building. It is my favorite location, I love the lay-out, the parking, the deck areas for BBQ's and watching parades.
The management and the people are fantastic, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Kona.
