Our Cozy Condo Retreat is located in beautiful Suntree/Viera, Florida.
The quiet 1 bedroom condo is a 2nd floor unit close to some of the best Florida has to offer. The large Pool and Jacuzzi deck is very tranquil with lush greenery and landscaping that over looks a pond that includes a variety of Florida wildlife. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with upgraded mattress, and plenty of dresser and closet storage space for your use. The living room is furnished with a queen sized sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are included for all beds and bathrooms. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase and enjoy your stay.

***** This truly is a lovely place to stay and the condo complex is mostly occupied by the residents that live here. Therefore to preserve the safe, relaxed and comfortable ambiance that everyone here enjoys the HOA has put some new guidelines in place for vacation renters. More or less its a little more planning ahead on your part and another form to fill out and return. As long as you're a good person all around without any prior convictions or history of unpleasant behaviors you will be approved to stay here.

New HOA guidelines as follows:

** We will submit ALL paper work referenced below to the HOA. You dont need to do anything other than fill out the form (takes 5 minutes) that you receive in your email with your information.**

• Please email completed Rental Application to the email address listed next to "Owner Email Address" on the form

• Applications must be made 10 days PRIOR to the first day occupancy under the proposed lease. Applications will be approved within 5 days of the HOA receiving them. It is important to fill out and submit the forms back to us as soon as possible. We will work directly with the HOA on your behalf.

• Attach a copy of veterinary records if any pets are to occupy the unit.

• Background checks are required. Your credit score will not be checked. We will attach a copy of the proposed lease, and a copy of your background check results to the HOA with your application.

• Please provide a copy of your driver’s license

• If you're not comfortable doing so you do not need to list your social security number on the form

• Please fill out, sign, and attach authorization forms for ALL occupants age 18 or older.

• The HOA has implemented a $125.00 application fee per applicant. Therefore once you make your reservation this is a non refundable fee paid on our behalf out of our pocket. Please see cancelation terms in the rental agreement. (theres a copy uploaded to VRBO)

• We will email you a copy of the necessary form and any requirements listed here for you to fill out and return as well to help make this process as easy as possible.

Now back to more information about the condo itself.

The living room is furnished with a queen size pull-out couch , a large ottoman, and a TV set along with DVD player. Netflix is included and WiFi is provided at no additional charge. Fully equipped kitchen has a new glass top range, a new microwave , new dishwasher , and a new refrigerator. New designer kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops as well. Brand new water heater provides consistent hot water on demand. Small appliances such as coffee maker , blender, and toaster are also included. All utensils, dishes, cookware, flatware are included. The unit has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience as well.

Amazing value for this beautiful little condo in one of the nicest areas along the Space Coast. Full kitchen and a full bathroom as well make this little condo a great place to stay. Resort style amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and barbecue area with shaded tables and lounge chairs are all a few steps away from this lovely unit. There is also a private gym area next to the pool on site as well for your convenience. The complex is with in walking distance to the grocery store, shopping, dining, night life and only a few minutes by car to The Avenues of Viera which has more shopping and dining than I could possibly list. There is also easy access to Cocoa Beach (20 min), Disney (1hr) and Kennedy Space Center (35 min). The Brevard County Zoo is less than 5 minutes away. There are other beaches that are even closer as well and the Indian River is a few short miles away. If there are any questions we can help with during your stay we are more than happy to help.

The Cocoa Beach community enjoys various activities such as swimming, surfing, surf casting, wading and sunbathing on its six miles of accessible ocean beaches. Fishing is a popular pastime for locals and tourists alike, either in the Atlantic Ocean from the beach, pier, jetties or local charter boats, or on the Indian and Banana rivers.
The city owns and operates the Cocoa Beach Country Club which is open to the public. Its challenging 27-hole golf course is located on the river's edge, and the club also offers six lighted tennis courts and an Olympic size swimming pool as well.
Points of interest include the Cocoa Beach Pier, the Surfside Playhouse, and world-renowned Ron Jon's Surf shop. Enjoy golfing, walking, surfing, cycling, windsurfing, fishing, boating, and going to the beach.

The condo is in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to everything the Space Coast has to offer. It is close to the beaches with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. We hope you enjoy your stay in our Cozy Condo Retreat.
