This is an amazing spot! Great communication, great area, great housing, and an amazing dock! We stayed on the dock the entire time and loved every bit of it. Seen dolphins, otters, flying fish, and the water wasnt busy with people. Loved my entire stay. Thank you for sharing this amazing spot!

The place place was amazing from how close to the beach it was to being able to watch the sunset on the dock im definitely coming back again but this time with some fishing equipment just from all the fish I could see and I was lucky enough to see some dolphins as well.

Wonderful place to stay. It was really nice having the dock on the river AND having it be a short walk to the beach on the other side of the road. Clean and comfortable.

Quiet Cocoa Beach Retreat

This rental has everything you need for a relaxing visit to Cocoa Beach. The property has an amazing view of the sunset and great amenities. Highly recommend this property to others.

Property location was excellent and clean. Property managers Ros and Eric responded to TV and WiFi issues immediately and had AT&T fix the Wi-Fi and the TV was replaced. Although not used this trip the kayaks and stand up paddle boards were in excellent condition. We would definitely rent this place again.

We fell in love with this house which meant our stay was beyond perfect. We loved the river and the canoeing was excellent. The beach was just over the street and local eareries were great. Thank you . I hope to book again.

River House relaxation

Perfect getaway for relaxing post cruise. Close to excellent eateries and attractions. Best part was enjoying the outside patio and dock to be greeted by a manatee and dolphin. Beautiful sunset views.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property. The views of the Banana River are gorgeous! The Sunsets are spectacular!! We used the SUPs everyday! We also loved watching the dolphins go by every morning. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock. We love to surf and the beach is right across the street. The home was super clean, beds comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.

Rejuving nature time

This was the perfect location, and even though the separate bedrooms up stairs with outdoor stair was different it was easy to deal with and because I was up higher the lighting shows over the banana river were so much better to watch! Can't wait to go back!
