Property was amazingly nestled into the mountainside of Lake Como. Restaurant and small martlet within minutes of the property. No need to leave the area during your stay. The view was second to only the view at the top of the road. A short drive to the top to see the snow topped Alps and a great view into Switzerland. The house was cozy and well hosted. Amazing stay with an amazing view.

Great view of lake Como!

It was great to look at the lake. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs and narrow streets with a lot of turns. Some of the issues were that there was still some food left in the fridge, the garbage wasn't clean, the hot water finishes pretty quickly!

Fantastic View

Property was great. Luigi was a delight. Only complaint was the 115 steps to the apartment. It is far to difficult for us at age 75 to do the steps especially with the luggage. My suggestion would be to have the garage available and someone to carry the luggage for older people, otherwise it was a wonderful spot.

Heerlijk huis, prachtig uitzicht, vriendelijke eigenaar en host, schattig dorpje.

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes en bezoek aan het strand. Karakteristiek huis. Geweldig uitzicht. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Aanrader!

Traumhafter Ausblick am Comer See

Wir haben insgesamt zwei Nächte in diesem Haus in Perledo verbracht. Kontaktperson war Fabio, der uns vorab per Whatsapp die wichtigsten Informationen zukommen ließ. Als wir ankamen waren dann aber keine Schlüssel in der vorgesehenen Box zu finden. Fabio hat sich aber direkt um alles gekümmert (die vorherigen Gäste hatten wohl vergessen, ihre Schlüssel abzugeben) und uns auf seine Rechnung in die nahegelegene Bar Milano auf ein Bier geschickt. Wenig später konnten wir dann die Villa beziehen. Wir wohnten im oberen Stockwerk in einer schätzungsweise 50 qm Wohnung. Leider war das Inserat etwas irreführend, da hier von 150 qm gesprochen wurde. Auch war uns nicht bewusst, dass im ersten Stockwerk weitere Gäste wohnen würden. Die Wohnung als solches war sehr schön, modern und sauber. Pluspunkt: zwei Badezimmer. Leider ließ sich die Wohnungstür nicht abschließen, was besonders nachts etwas unangenehm war. Wir hatten trotzdem ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dem Dorf, die Terrasse im ersten Stock bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento in villa

L'appartamento mansardato al secondo piano della bella villa da noi affittato è comodo e carino. L'unico neo del posto, che ovviamente non toglie fascino all'appartamento, sono tutti gli scalini che vanno dalla strada al secondo piano della villa. Comunque esperienza positiva.
