Lovely little place and so close to the beach and local shops and restaurant. Parking was a little tricky as you'd expect from the centre of a town but we managed to find somewhere nearby after unloading our things. Very clean and clearly recently refurbished, with everything we needed for our long weekend away.

Communication with the hosts was very easy and friendly. The check in procedure was incredibly easy.Upon entry the apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and ready to use. Comfy beds and a very usable kitchen/lounge/dining room. There was ample room for our family of 4. Plenty of storage spaces and a nice big bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and quiet. It was so convenient for town that once we parked up we didn’t need to use the car again. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing stay!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in this part of Wales! Communication with Warren and Jill was very smooth and the apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and cozy. Everything is exactly as described, shops and restaurants are all within a walking distance. 5/5!

Weekend break

Great communication from the owners before we arrived. Easy instructions for getting in. Great location within walking distance of town centre but area was quiet and lovely to see the orme leaving the apartment each day. Apartment well laid out with all the facilities you could want. Would definitely stay again.

Family Break

Stayed with elderly parents for a long weekend. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Great location, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. 5 minute walk to the seafront. Parking is an issue as had to keep moving my car but after a day managed to find a spot outside the apartment where it remained until we left on Sunday!

Excellent hosts

Warren and Jill are excellent hosts. They responded rapidly to all questions and requests. The flat is well equipped and clean. Parking was a problem over the bank holiday but this improved after the Monday. High level of equipment in kitchen. Recommended.

This property was ideal for our visit to Llandudno with family. It is in such a handy place that we could walk everywhere and always managed to get a parking space outside somewhere.It was nicely decorated and nice and clean. The only things i thought could be improved are the sofas which are very low and not that comfy and it would be good to have a mirror on the wall in the second bedroom. Otherwise it had everything we needed.Owners were good at responding to messages. We are likely to stay again next year

Fantastic, spacious property with everything we needed. I got lucky and found a parking space just a couple of houses down when we arrived and I did not need to move it until we left four days later. Great communication with Warren and Jill and useful information pack too. Really appreciated having tea towels, cloth, washing up liquid etc and tea, coffee, milk. My only niggles would be the number of air fresheners (sorry i put them under the sink) and one bath sheet smelt damp and musty so we didnt use it. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Great find.

Absolutely amazing find. Communication with Warren & Jill was excellent and very friendly. Met Jill & her mum and made us feel like we were home from home. Apartment is in an ideal location right near all amenities and central to pier and theatre which ticked all our boxes. Yet still in a quiet area which was ideal. Apartment was very clean and warm and well equipped with everything you would need. Tea, coffee , milk, juice , Welsh cakes on our arrival which went down a treat. Thank you. Tioletries etc. Definitely our to go place on our next trip to Llandudno. Thank you Warren & Jill for making our stay welcoming. Xxx

Great place to stay in Llandudno.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Well laid out living area. Great location. Managed to find an on street parking space even though it was very busy.
