Casa Michela is a pretty and welcoming terraced house renovated in 2013, completely free on one side and independent SEA VIEW at 200m. from the delightful 'Is Cannisonis' cove, very suitable for children and at 2min. drive from the center with all services and 4min. from the beach with its splendid golden sand dunes and the 3km of beach served by kiosks and establishments. Casa Michela is located on the first independent floor with a courtyard on two sides and a private panoramic terrace equipped with a wooden pergola, table and 2 benches. Balcony with sea view. Tree-lined and illuminated. Barbecue, water reserve, cold outdoor shower, fountain, private parking space on the ground floor in front of the house. CHILDREN AREA with many games (house, slide, swing and many toys). Composed of living room-kitchen with bay window overlooking the sea (with double sofa bed); double bedroom and bathroom. Mosquito nets. ALL NEW appliances: TV, 5kg washing machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, 4-burner gas cooker + oven, radio, toaster, air conditioning (10 euros per day extra). Toys for the beach, hairdryer, iron.


Casa Michela, TORRE DEI CORSARI Final cleaning COMPULSORY 50 euros. Rental of bed / bath linen optional 10 euros per person. Security deposit 200 euros IN CASH. The balance on arrival in CASH. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Check in after 17:00. Check out before 10:00.
