Good location, great view of 3 bridges across the canal. A/C was very good. Stairs were a challenge with luggage but view and location so good would stay there again.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, spacious, and updated. It was close to Rialto Bridge and St Marka Square. The host was responsive and provided a guide to meet us at the ferry stop to escort us to the apartment for check-in.

The heat worked very well as well as everything else. Beds were very comfortable as was the shower. The location was great and so close to Saint Marks. Would highly recommend staying here but just know that there are three flights of stairs. Beautiful location.

Lovely apartnent in central area.

Lovely decor, extremely comfortable apartment. The canal view is a great bonus and adds to the experience of relaxing in the apartment. Two minute walk from the bustling streets near St. Mark's and Rialto. Yet perfectly quiet in the apartment itself, no noise. Lots of stairs, so be prepared for that! The rest of the building the apartment is situated in is lovely too. Extremely well kept and clean.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment

Just stayed for three nights with husband and teenage sons, location was wonderful, property was fantastic and well stocked. Check-in was easy, staff was immediately available, helping schedule excursions and recommending and making dinner reservations and transports. Would highly recommend!

This apartment was truly spectacular. The layout, the furnishings, and the overall high-end feel made it stand out — it's a genuinely beautiful space to come home to after a day exploring the city. Everything felt brand new and was extremely clean on arrival. The beautiful canal view from both the living room and the master bedroom was a highlight we didn't want to leave.The location was central to everything, just a short walk to our destinations and to the vaporetto stop, which made getting around Venice effortless. Despite being close to the touristy spots, the apartment was wonderfully quiet — we slept soundly every night. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made staying in and preparing meals easy and enjoyable.Check-in was seamless and our hosts were excellent — responsive, welcoming, and easy to work with. The keypad entry code was a small touch that made a real difference, letting us come and go without juggling keys. Our family of four was comfortable throughout, and the AC was a lifesaver against the summer heat — we stayed cool the entire stay.Honestly, our only regret is that we didn't book more nights. We loved Venice and we loved this apartment, so it looks like we'll just have to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great place in the heart of Venice

We loved this place, the apartment is exactly like described. Beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and has beautiful views. The communication before our arrival was impeccable and the check in process was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend!
