Amazing place

Cant praise the place enough, well equipped, really cosy and great for a group!. The location is right by a lovely clean beach, and lots of activities in the area .We are certainly going to book again :)

Beautiful property in a lovely location beside the sea. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We were sad to leave and would like to make a return visit in the future.

Fabulous Stay

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house. The house is situated right by the sea and had everything you could want. The kids loved the games room and loved being on the beach and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Property was chosen as a quick get away close to sea for photographer wife's enjoyment in challenging weather for dramatic photographing purposes. Excellent property, no criticisms whatsoever. Has everything anyone would want!

Overall a fabulous property in an unbeatable location. Only 3 mins walk from a superb quiet beach. Property was clean and very well presented and Claire was super quick to respond to any small queries we had. Only slight quibbles and these are super small and didn't spoil what was an awesome break, was the VRBO listing mentioning one room had 2 double beds, not mentioning one was a z-bed. Didn't worry us as we didn't need it but if you wanted to sleep 4 in the room it would be super tight. Some of the electrical goods in the kitchen where a little worn, the extractor hood didn't work and the dishwasher required you to put your finger into the inner workings of the matchine to make it work. But otherwise unbeatable in it's position and fabulous to holiday in.

Family holiday

Loved the location, just enough out of the way but not too far if you needed supplies. Forgotten corner of Cornwall. Three flights of stairs in apartment so probably not good for the less able. Loved being able to walk to beach each day. Plenty of rocks for rock pooling, would suggest that you take protective shoes to walk in water & for rocks. Steep slopes down to beach but has a handrail. Black sandy beaches. Would definitely go back

So glad you had a good time, the property is over three floors but only 2 flights of stairs not 3. One flight from basement to ground floor where main bedrooms are and then another flight from ground floor to first where you find main living areas ☺️ the beach is fine shingle and sand not black.

Wirklich zauberhaftes Ferienhaus! Tolle Ausstattung und der Meerblick ist fantastisch! Das vierte Zimmer hat keine Tür zum Rest des Hauses und ist daher für mich kein richtiges Zimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat auch kein Fenster, was es schwierig macht zu lüften. Am Esstisch gab es nur 6 Stühle, das Haus ist aber für 8 Personen beschrieben, das war nicht so schön.
