Quintessential Cornish Seaside

This was a return visit for us. We enjoyed the Cawsand Ferry to Plymouth. The coastal walking paths and the Devonport Inn are fantastic! We look forward to returning again.

The house was well equipped ,except there were no hangers or hanging space in the top bedroom.We had to make do with an airer we found in the utility room.It would have been useful to have know about this in advance and we could have brought our own hangers .

What a view

Storm Cottage is such a special place ..quirky and unique with everything you need. The views from the cottage across the bay are just stunning and you just just can stop looking at it. The hosts areoveky and super helpful. All in all a wonderful stay and. ant wait to come back.😁

Great location

A superbly located property right by the sea in a lovely village location. Cottage is well equipped and enjoys great views out to sea. Very safe local bathing whilst the village is well served by good pubs / eateries. Communication with Dawn was spot on throughout. Thank you for a great week.

Kingsand Gem

Storm Cottage is a delightful place to stay, right at the water’s edge: actually, on occasions, in it! To see the sea breaking across the windows was spectacular and then, on calm days, just the lapping sound was so relaxing. The cottage was beautifully presented and comfortable. The bed linen and towels were good quality, as was the kitchen equipment. The location in Kingsand gives easy access to the sea, just a few steps away and to the various shops and pubs. The Villages are well served. The ferry to Plymouth is a nice trip if you hanker for larger retail outlets. Having the parking was clearly an extra bonus. Overall, a delight.
