at Trullo I Tre Fichi, a complex of trulli and typical houses, with
swimming pool, garden with fruit trees and a vast forest with hammocks
and deckchairs, ideal for peaceful moments.
The property is
surrounded by fruit trees and dry-stone walls that frame the beautiful
swimming pool with beach beds and umbrellas, the perfect and relaxing
oasis. The path by the swimming pool arrives at the barbecue area and
the gazebo with dinign area.
The property is divided into several independent units. The first unit is a lamia that consists of an open space with double bed, bunk bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The second unit is a trullo that consists of a double bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The third unit is another trullo that consists of a double bedroom and kitchen and bathroom accessible by stairs.

complex of trulli and lamie is the result of a wise renovation that
enhanced typical houses in the Itria Valley, combining history with
modern comforts. The property is in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica,
less than 3 kilometers away from the city centre. The beaches on the
Adriatic coast are 20 kilometers away, while the beaches on the Ionian
side of Taranto are 40 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Pool available from June to October, off season opening has an extra cost of euro 300.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
