About this property

Great Location Near DC

We have a three bedroom house with a big fenced in yard (including trampoline and gazebo). Across the street from a park with playground equipment. The house is filled with light and well lived in. It's clean and comfortable; the AC works and there's an additional window unit upstairs that we use when it gets really hot. Most of the furniture isn't new, and there are few things of value to break. We love it! FIOS fast wifi and cable TV. We have rented before though not on VRBO (other references available).

Great neighborhood. The house is close to downtown Silver Spring. 8 minutes walk to Whole Foods/hardware/CVS and numerous restaurants. 12 minutes walk to the metro. Lots of buses too.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely family home

Robin & Diana are fantastic hosts! They went out of their way to make sure the house was comfortable for us and were available for any questions during our stay. The location is unbeatable- a park across the street, less than .5 miles to downtown Silver Spring (shopping, Metro access, restaurants) and on a quiet, tree-lined lot.

Why they chose this property

We bought the property for its unique location in very quiet neighborhood, cross from parks and trails, but within 10 minutes walk of a bustling downtown.

What makes this property unique

The house itself is warm and comfortable and we love living here. The big fenced yard allowed our dog to roam freely, and the park and playground were great for our kids. Being walking distance to shops and metro is a big plus, and there is tons of stuff going on in downtown Silver Spring during the summer. It's a great place to be in relation to DC.
