About this property

Historic center: new, modern and quiet near the Colosseum, Forum ...

CASA MONTI is a 60m2 apartment barely renovated with taste and love! We have created a symbiosis between the old structure and a modern and comfortable layout: the barrel-vaulted vaults contrast with the designer kitchen.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a late 19th century building. On the roof, the accessible common terrace offers a superb view of the city.
The Monti district is an authentic district, full of life and very fashionable.

Since 2015 the payment of a tourist tax is compulsory: 3. 5 € per adult per day, for the first 10 days of stay. This tax is payable on arrival in cash (upon receipt) and will be paid entirely to the municipality of Rome.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great apartment for our family of 5. Close to bus stops allowing you to reach most of the city.2 bathrooms was a nice luxury to have. The only downside was the beds are extremely low quality and should be replaced. Apart from that it was great.

Hi Andrian, thank you for your review. However, I am quite surprised by your comment regarding the mattresses. They were purchased two years ago, so they are relatively new and of good quality. No one has complained about the mattress quality until now, though I understand that everyone has their own sleeping preferences. Wishing you a lovely autumn. Best regards, Elena

Perfect size for our family and great location. Really quiet apartment which is a must, but not always easy to find in the city. Loved the rooftop deck. If we make it back to Rome, we’d definitely stay here again.
