We spent 5 nights here over the holidays for a nature based trip (joshua tree, sonny bono preserve) and highly recommend this property. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The place is thoughtfully decorated, well stocked, quiet and the outdoor space is lovely. Getting in the main gate of the country club can be a little slow but we only came and went once a day so it wasn’t a big deal. We hope to stay again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Kim + Rick's properly was perfect for our recent work trip in Indio. We were there for a few weeks in April and their home had everything we needed the make it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal for us - we biked to work! Kim was very quick to respond to any questions and check-in was very easy. The beds were VERY comfortable! Thank you Kim! Will definitely be back.

Great property

We stayed at this property for a long weekend while our children were in a sports tournament nearby. The house was perfect. It was updated, clean, comfortable and fully stocked in the kitchen. The view from the back porch was beautiful! Thw property owners and the mgt company were very helpful in sharing information prior to our arrival. They have thought of everything! We will stay here again if we are back in the area for sure.

Festival Weekend

The house was incredible. 3 of us stayed for a weekend but could've stayed for a month. The location and luxuries of this house made for a very comfortable visit. We had a question upon arrival which was promptly answered with an email from the property manager. We were also pleasantly surprised with the extras in the pantry and fridge which helped make cooking easy in the fully loaded kitchen. I'd happily recommend and return to this house.

Spotless, great location, great owners, has everything!

The house is extremely clean, which I am super picky about. Location is great for walking to the festivals and the people in the neighborhood have picked us up a few times randomly and taken us to the festival- nice people! The backyard is relaxing and overlooks a lovely creek with pretty plants, ducks and even a roadrunner. The house has tons of extra items around you may need like a bandaid, cooking items, etc and there are plenty of linens. We noticed that if you are looking for something, you will probably find it exactly where it makes sense to be located. Quiet nights, feels safe, highly recommend.

Sweet spot!

This property works perfectly for us. We attend Stagecoach every year and we can walk to the fest. It is a ways, but the people in the neighborhood have been great about giving rides, and are super friendly. The property is spotless. This year we enjoyed watching 2 roadrunners in the yard, lots of ducks, hummingbirds, etc. and listening to the little creek run by. As an Oregonian, I loved sitting outside in the warmth. Weather was fantastic. House is well stocked and CLEAN!!!! Love it!

There is a lemon tree in the back yard. That is the only thing about the home which is a lemon. Read the other reviews, they are accurate.

Lovely view of the mountains!

We enjoyed a 4 week stay at this comfortable and well equipped home. It is well situated in the Indian Palms Country Club Community of Indio. We loved the back yard with a delightful babbling brook water feature, fabulous mountain views for morning coffee and equally special sunsets with a glass of California Chardonnay. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. I am an avid cyclist and enjoyed this great location … easy to meet up with friends in La Quinta and to ride out into the countryside to enjoy the open roads. Our hosts generously shared a well stocked pantry of cooking essentials. There was a good supply of dishes which made entertaining friends easy. Communication with our hosts was effective and we always felt that our requests were responded to quickly and efficiently.

Beautiful, peaceful home in Indio

Kimberly and Rick's house is wonderful! It was true to the listing, clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was there for 6 weeks working remotely, and I didn't have any issues with the WiFi -- even with full days of video calls. Kim and her property manager were super responsive and proactively reached out to make sure I was settled and had everything I needed when I arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the community pool is just down the street. The absolute best part of the house is the view of the mountains from the backyard. With the creek and the palm trees, it has some of the best sunset views in Indio! I loved my stay here and would definitely return in the future. Thanks for hosting me!

Diamond in the rough.

Titled review this because the community is not PGA west or an upscale community that we usually stay at. HOWEVER we have never stayed at a home that was cleaner, as well stocked and organized and just a comfortable place to hang out! Kimberly is an amazing host! Once you get back to the newer section of development, where the house is, you feel really good about the location. The Main Street driving through is filled with little homes from a bygone era that are a bit underwhelming. Don’t panic the house is what you expect for a top of the line desert rental. Great location close to stores and restaurants. The new TKB bakery and deli just a few minutes away. That was awesome!! We will definitely be back!!

This house was amazing! What I really liked about it was they had things we didn't think about. It's all about the little things like spices, paperplates, laundry detergent and lots of other items also to make our stay amazing! The rooms were spacious and the entire house extremely clean.
