This home boasts a gourmet kitchen, with a gas stovetop, double ovens, a french door fridge with water and ice, a private fully fenced yard, lots of windows, a great and spacious layout. The Ensuite bath has a separate private toilet area and a beautiful tub to have a glass of wine and watch a show. TVs in all the rooms.
NOTE: The Coachella Valley is subject to windy conditions from time to time. It may blow dust or debris into the yard or pool etc. We have our pool & hot tub cleaned and treated 2 times a week on a schedule. The home is fully cleaned after each check-out. We run pool filters daily.

We just fell in love with this oasis home. We love the open plan with tons of space and renovated. Most homes in this area are not close to this renovated. Was an opportunity we could not pass up. :)
