Padre by Rentallorca

"Padre" is a Majorcan finca with a maximum capacity for four people located 500 metres from Son Servera.



Outside there is a beautiful and well-kept garden with lawn and a variety of trees. It also has a private kidney-shaped swimming pool measuring 4.50m x 2.50m, surrounded by a fence for the safety of the little ones, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. There is also a shower room.



As soon as you enter the property, you will enjoy a spacious and bright dining room with a great Mallorquin style. Comfortable sofas with a flat screen TV for relaxing days.



The kitchen space is open to the living room. Fully equipped with everything you need for day to day living.



The property has two double bedrooms with wardrobes and comfortably furnished. A fully equipped bathroom with shower.



The finca is located very close to the road connecting Son Servera and Cala Millor, but a noise dampening wall reduces the sound of the street. The nearby beaches like Cala Bona or Cala Millor are less than 5 minutes by car.

Ein toller Aufenthalt für mich und meine Familie

Ein toller Aufenthalt für mich und meine Familie. Ein charmantes & gemütliches Haus und ein toller und gepflegter Aussenbereich. Der Pool war perfekt für uns als Familie. Flache Bereiche und trotzdem tief genug damit die Kinder tauchen konnten. Die Lage ist super weil man komplett privat ist und trotzdem alles zu Fuß erreicht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder 🙂

Todo muy muy bien, muy atento

Todo muy muy bien, muy atento. El único matiz a comentar es que la luz se va facilmente si conectas los aires y el secador de pelo. Eso si, no hay persianas y entra la luz a primera hora de la mañana. Pero la casa muy recomendable. Hacía un poco de frío y nos trajo mantas y almohadas el mismo día que la pedimos, y nuevas.

Hi! Wir hatten eine super Zeit vor Ort

Hi! Wir hatten eine super Zeit vor Ort. Der Garten und der Pool sind fantastisch. Man ist super schnell bei tollen Stränden und auch der Markt im Ort ist super. Das einzige negative ist, dass wir ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen hatten, worum der Besitzer sich aber zeitnah kümmern wollte. Es scheint wohl auf Mallorca generell etwas schwieriger damit zu sein. Ohne einen Mietwagen würde ich die Unterkunft allerdings nicht buchen. Trotz der Ameisen würde ich es wieder buchen. Der Garten ist wirklich super und man hat seine Ruhe.

We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in het huis

We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in het huis. Vooral de tuin was een heerlijke plek. De kinderen hadden veel ruimte om te spelen, het uitzicht was prachtig en de hele dag zon. Op het moment dat de huisbaas nodig was, stond hij binnen 10 minuten op de stoep. Dat was heel fijn!
