We went late inthe season, late May, so had the villa complex (8 villas total; no one at the poolthe pool) to ourselves, basically. Access to the Fairmount Royal Pavilion Hotel and beach a great plus!

Porters Court is the most delightful place to stay and having stayed at a few of the villas, this one is no exception. It is tastefully decorated and with all the amenities you need. We like to cook for ourselves quite often and everything you need is right there. We would definitely stay again.Kate R

We had a lovely staff at the Villa! The property was beautiful, pool was fantastic, and location was great. Although we found crossing the road to Alleynes Bay to be a bit nerve wracking at times, we also thought it was the best beach of all the ones we visited. Would happily stay again!

Beautiful house. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. It was right next to the pool and had lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Most well equipped property we’ve rented. Wish I knew ahead of time they had so many things needed for the pool/beach. For example- cooler, umbrellas. They also had every type of pot, pan, spatula we could need for cooking. We liked that they gave us info on their coffee maker before we arrived so we could plan to have pods. We had a great stay. A little trouble finding the location originally but everything went great after that.

7 Porters Court was perfect in every way.Initial communication with both owner and agent was prompt and informative.The agent was able to help with pre arrival car hire and groceries.The villa is ideal in every way. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you need. Great location to beach, bars and restaurants.

The host was very welcoming and accessible when we needed anything. The furnishings and bed was very comfortable. Of all the places we have stayed through VRBO, we've never been in one this well stocked. Great location, everything we had hoped for.

This is a gem of a place to stay! It is beautifully appointed and the kitchen facility is the best of any we have stayed at. Having a grill was even better - we enjoyed evening dinners outside on the wrap around porch. You are steps from the Fairmont Beach Club - we used it daily! Midweek clean was a nice feature too. We would happily return to the Green Caribe!

Another amazing stay at Porters Court 7.This time was even more perfect as the new owners had everything just as we would have wanted.The villa was so clean as this is a priority for us, thanks to Karen the cleaner who does an incredible job.The villa is home from home and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Short and very sweet

My son and I stayed for a quick visit to reacquaint myself with the island. It was everything I wanted: quiet, close to nightlife, accessible by foot and bus to town and the beach. We had a great, low key visit and are ready to return asap!

Wonderful holiday

The villa was very clean with every amenity you could wish for. The outdoor terrace was especially lovely. Communication with owner/ manager was excellent. The beach club passes to a lovely beach nearby was a real bonus. We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to return here some day.

Lovely villa in a nice location

We enjoyed a week here in a villa that is lovely and well equipped. It is just 5 minutes walking from the beach, and faces on to a private pool shared by just 8 villas in a gated community. Walked distance to several great restaurants including Lonestar. Will definitely return.

Perfect Location

It is a wonderfully maintained property close to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful! The property manager was always available to help out and answer questions. We loved the access to the Fairmount Beach Club membership that came with the rental!

Beautiful villa a few steps away from beach

Had a wonderful week in Porters. The villa was decorated to a high standard and had everything you could wish for. Was lovely for 2 friends as we both had ensuite facilities. Location was perfect, literally a 2 minute walk over the road to the Royal Pavillion beach club with excellent facilities. Had a wonderful week!

The house is beautiful and ideally located on the west coast of Barbados - near to the beach and several good restaurants. It is very clean, with every amenity you could want included. The outdoor areas and pool are well maintained and clean too. We had a wonderful holiday! A gem!

Clean and beautiful villa. Perfect location and membership at the Fairmont Pavilion was the icing on the cake. The owners and management company couldn’t do enough for us. Five star and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Lovely villa in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Porters Court in Steve and Amanda’s villa. They are great hosts - although overseas, the communication was excellent and the local property manager was very helpful! We loved the pool being right next to the villa - it was always only us in there! The complex itself is very secure and has a great community feel. I would definitely recommend the villa and Steve and Amanda. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
