cosy, comfortable cottage with private parking in Whiting Bay

Wee Silverburn is a lovely, clean, well-equipped cottage in a quiet location. It is worth noting that the bathroom is downstairs. The house is easily accessible by car and is a short but steep walk down to the shore. We were delighted to be able watch red squirrels in the garden.

Beautiful Wee Silverburn

We loved our stay at the Wee Silverburn! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Decorated so nicely, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking wares and cleaning supplies. The babbling brook just beyond the lush garden plantings completed the lovely setting. The location is wonderful, an easy walk down the beach and other offerings at Whiting Bay. The bus stop is right there too if you want to pop to a pub or two in Lamlash for dinner and drinks. Even a week didn't feel long enough but as always, we'll be back for more fun and relaxation on Arran (and hopefully stay here again)!

Very clean and cosy. Country cottage style with plenty of comfortable chairs and reading "nooks". The beds were good. Great that there was a dishwasher. Quite a steep walk up from the shore hut the views on the way down were tremendous and the cafe bar "Salt and Thistle" was great for coffees, drinks and informal dining. Thanks for the reassuring communication James.
