The property is distributed over two levels. The ground floor comprises a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. There is a large terrace.
The upper floor has three double bedrooms (two with access to a terrace) and a full bathroom. The upper terrace offers pleasant views.
