The location was perfect for access to Ortigia and for shopping/leisure activities. What wasn’t so great was the fact that there were only two rolls of toilet paper for two women to use over a 3-day visit, so had to purchase more to last until checkout. The other cumbersome thing was not having a phone number to call—everything was communicated through WhatsApp texts, so there was a delayed response if we had questions/needed help. Had to use one of the bath towels in the kitchen because there were none…

Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in ordine ma un po’ sporco, La finestra del bagno non si apriva ;una camera matrimoniale con letto comodo , mentre la seconda matrimoniale aveva materasso sottile e scomodo.,Le uniche stoviglie che abbiamo trovato una pentola e una padella usurate, addirittura le tazze del latte erano piene di righe e vecchie, piatti datati,la terrazza che doveva essere la perla dell’appartamento lasciata al degrado,sporca e poco curata con arredi vecchi e usurati, inoltre l unico punto luce era quello delle scale per accedervi, quindi era praticamente impossibile godersi una cena in terrazza perché si stava al buio; in linea generale la posizione dell’alloggio e anche gli spazi erano adeguati,ma sono totalmente mancate quelle piccole attenzioni che ti fanno apprezzare la location , una spugnetta delle tazze nuove delle stoviglie nuove,un po’ di cura della terrazza.. un minimo di set cortesia ..un gran peccato perché la location ha delle grandissime potenzialità che potrebbero essere sfruttate appieno con poco.. migliorabile

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage. Sauber. Viel Platz. Gute Betten. Gute Klimaanlage.Minus: Etwas alte und durch Gäste stark genutzte Wohnung. Laut, vorne und hinten Straßen mit viel Verkehr. Badezimmer kann nicht gelüftet werden, weil das alte Fenster kaputt ist.
