The property boasts a large open plan living space with a bifold door that opens out onto a stunning private garden with a new 6 person hot tub. This property has been finished to a high standard throughout and has been designed to make your stay unique and luxurious. Two king sized bedrooms, one en-suite and a double bedroom. Private and off-road parking for 3 cars

The property features all new furnishings, appliances and under floor heating throughout. The large open plan living space is perfect for entertaining. It features a 3 metre roof light and a 4 metre bifold which makes the space bright and airy. The bifold can be opened up onto the private and south facing garden and decking which makes for perfect alfresco dining. The large hot tub features changeable lighting and Bluetooth speakers for you to relax and unwind. By night, this area can be transformed to your mood and adjusted by custom LED lighting

Perfect Holiday

We had a truly fantastic stay at Ros Lyn. The host looked after us before and during our stay. He was communicative and helpful throughout. The property was of exceptionally high standard; well equipped kitchen with high tech system, LED lights and sound surround TV - which gave the main living part of the accommodation a party feel. The hot tub was to die for - in a private back garden. The location was also perfect - easy to hop on a bus into St Ives and also the beautiful Carbis Bay beach within walking distance. The stay was exactly what we needed and we would happily return to the same property. We strongly recommend this to all.
