Wonderful stay with family in Madrid

MIT House was quick to fix any issues we had. The location was close to everything that we wanted to see and experience. With a long stay please provide additional supplies (toilet paper, soap). Also provide a cleaning agent for use during stay.

We rented two duplicate apartments in the building for our family of 12 people. First, the apartments are beautiful and convenient to everything. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in both apartments was fantastic. The check in process however borders on impossible. The app they provide to add each of your guests passport and address info crashes constantly and makes you continually start over. With trying to enter guest data for 12 people and I wanted to cry. I ended up physically going to MIT House's office to check-in. They were very nice and entered the info into their system and gave us the access to the apartments. The other problem though was far worse in that we had no hot water upon check in in both apartments. I contacted the MIT House office who was very nice and sent a technician the next day. The hot water worked for 1 day and stopped working again the next night for both apartments. We had to check out the next morning so out of a 3 night stay we all had hot water for one night. It was very, very frustrating.

Bonito apartamento. Imposible dormir.

El apartamento es muy amplio, bien equipado y muy bonito. Al lado hay una discoteca y nos ha sido imposible dormir y descansar ninguna noche. Consideramos que deberian advertir-lo en la web. En nuestro caso, esta situacuión le ocasionó un problema de salud a un familiar.
