We had a fabulous stay, stunning views and a great host. It’s was lovely away from the tourist and living rural with a great atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful.

Our 3-night stay was overall a good one, with great views. However, we did run into an issue with the air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms from the moment we arrived. This made the room too hot to use. Luckily, there was another room with a working air conditioner where we were all able to sleep. The owner was responsive and tried to address the issue.The kitchen, while a bit dated, was well-equipped, and the room sizes were decent. One suggestion for the property would be to add a proper barbecue, as that would be a great addition for a house of this size.

Although a technician was made ready to fix the air conditioned, the tenants did not want to be disturbed. As to the barbecue, it was explained that it was forbiden to use coal by the authorities, and that was the reason why an electric grill was provided. The coal grill was available if they wished to go against regulations, but they declined

If you like privacy DO NOT STAY HERE

Location is beautiful But we value our privacy and the owner of the property doesn't let you know he is coming x 3 times in the 2 weeks We woke up one morning to find him in the garden! We had children with us and did not feel safe when he left as he just leaves the gate wide open The swimming pool was very unsafe and filthy the owner had to call a technician out to fix the pool and it took us a hour to clean the pool when we arrived On day 2 he accused us of breaking the umbrella outside when this was already broke The toilet in the on-suite bathroom after every second flush you have to take the system apart to stop the water constantly running As a family we didn’t feel like we could kick back and relax as we always felt on edge and never knew when he would show up Will not be staying here again

Never, in four years hosting, l had a group with such a lack of civil behaviour. To get the house ready again, it took two full days of cleaning by two people, and the intervention of a pool technician and a plumber. Even the police was warned to intervene in the case of serious destruction. I urge all property owners to take care when hosting this group

A propriedade é maravilhosa! A casa tem todas as comodidades e uma vista magnífica! Um verdadeiro retiro para quem quer relaxar. A piscina estava um pouco suja quando chegámos mas rapidamente resolveram o assunto.

Parfait endroit pour pouvoir se retirer en paix, loin de la cohue. Fernando a été d’un support impeccable et fut très proactif. Grand merci pour tout!

Une maison bien placée pour sillonner l'Algarve

Bon séjour en Algarve. La maison répondait bien à nos attentes et avec la chaleur étouffante, la climatisation et les ventilateurs dans les chambres ont été très appréciés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis.
