Beautiful 4 bedroom, spacious, home located right on the water

Hello. I am here offering my beautiful , spacious, family oriented home to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the OBX. This property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom one offers 2 queen beds, bedroom two offers matching sets of bunk beds, bedroom three offers 1 queen bed, and bedroom four offers 2 twin beds. The property also offers two full baths and an outside shower for your convenience. Located just minutes from the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and medical, this home is tucked away in a beautiful sound front community. The home sits seconds from the sound front and is located right on a canal capable of allowing you to dock your boat right outside the residence. The newly constructed wrap around decks (2 levels) offer a beautiful view of the canal, sound, and offer one of the most beautiful sunset views around from the top level. The back yard is grassed for our four legged friends and does offer a small sand beach area for enjoyment for all. Fishing and crabbing from the deck located directly behind the house are productive and offer hours of fun for anyone interested. A community center is available that offers a fresh water pool, basketball hoop, and other amenities for your enjoyment. We do ask that you supply your own paper products and linens while enjoying this amazing residence. I do ask that everyone using the equipment is 21 years of age and anyone under 21 be accompanied by adult supervision.
I allow use of these to enhance your stay but I, as the owner, am not responsible for any personal injury sustained during their use!
