Sweet Quiet upstairs efficiency cottage overlooking a lake!

Plenty of room to roam our 2 1/2 acres. We live in the house next door. Relax in a peaceful quiet location 45 minutes from Epcot, Disney & Universal Parks. Ten minutes to Famous Renningers Flea Market and Antique Center, Five minutes to Florida Waterman Hospital and five minutes to Quaint Mt Dora. Very Clean, newly remodeled, second story studio guest cottage with full kitchen. WiFi, flat screen smart TV, cable and movie channels, computer, printer, Alexa with Amazon Music..

Dogs will be considered , but please indicate breed and size when booking
There is a $50 fee
No Dogs over 50 lbs
Dogs cannot be left unattended

Not Handicap accessible.
Ample room for parking large RV's and Boats with trailers. Sleep with the assurance of privacy and security for your boat or RV. Fishing in the lake Bass and Bluegill. Canoe available
