Great property in the Italian countryside on the outskirts of Rome. This is a large and well equipped property with enough room for two families of four, with four adults and four teenage children. Pool was the star of the stay - really big and deep with a diving board. 40 minutes into Rome by car, meant that we could easily enjoy a couple of day trips. Tivoli and Lake Bracciano were also within an hour. Overall a great stay.

The house was amazing! Guido is very responsive. More so than I was! We loved staying here and strongly recommend it for large families/friends traveling together. We had a few situations that were beyond their/our control and they assisted at every chance they could! Martina and her dad who keep the grounds do maintenance are wonderful! They told us where to go to the supermarketa, showed us the house and how to get in and out. AMAZING PEOPLE! If I ever go back to Italy, I strongly recommend this house! So many rooms, my kids got to pick their rooms and enjoyed every second of the house and grounds. So much nature to take in! We had to leave in a rush due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were more than accommodating. 5 stars for sure!!!

Unbelievable villa that has everything !!

It was perfect for a family of nine and Martina and our hosts were amazing! This is a place you’ll never want to leave. One day there was a big wind storm and the pool was littered with leaves. Early the next morning a crew cleaned it up like nothing ever happened. They also arranged to have a wonderful dinner cooked for us that we will never forget. This is a perfect place to stage a large group going to Roma and Firenze.

Empfehlenswertes Haus für größere Gruppe

Wir waren mit vier Pärchen im Juli/August in diesem tollen Haus. Jedes Pärchen hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer für sich - perfekt! Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der große Pool, der vom Gärtner sauber gehalten wurde, und der Billardtisch haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Leider war die Tischtennisplatte nicht vorhanden. Insbesondere der Pool und das schöne Grundstück sind aber wirklich toll. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, den wir bedenkenlos laufen lassen konnten, da das Grundstück sicher umzäunt ist. Die Stühle und Liegen am Pool sind allerdings leider schon ziemlich alt und dadurch nicht mehr so belastbar - eine Investition in neues Mobiliar würde sich sicher lohnen! Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Reiseziel!

Familienurlaub in Marlupo

Was uns sehr gefallen hat war der grosse Pool und der schöne Aussenbereich. Was uns sehr gestört hat waren die Hunde des Nachbarn . Sobald wir uns draussen aufgehalten haben wurden wir durch das gebell und geknurre terrorisiert. Auch in der Nacht wurden wir oftmals dadurch geweckt. Wir haben dies der Vermieterin gemeldet was aber nichts gebracht hat. Auch war nicht alles wie im Inserat beschrieben vorhanden. (Pingpongtisch fehlte und Flipperkasten war defekt). Insgesamt würden wir dieses Objekt nicht mehr buchen.

The ping pong table was broken in June (for future guests: there will NOT be bougt a new one) The flipper was NOT stated between the facilities so we have not to furnish one (you can see one in a photo but it's ancient and not further possible to find someone able to repair it or find the necessary items to repair it)

Fantastic family holiday

The house was a perfect location for 3 generations of the same family to enjoy an Italian holiday. The house exceeded expectations and was enjoyed by all members of the family. Everyone loved the pool, which was large and had a small diving board at one end. Especially enjoyed was the gelateria in Capena and the wine shop in Morlupo.

Excellent property for family reunion

Spacious and well equipped villa for a family reunion. The pool area was excellent. Close to supermarkets and restaurants but the large kitchen, and breakfast area, were well equipped. We hired a cook, arranged by owner, for a fantastic evening dinner. Highly recommended
