Fabulous cottage
We had a great stay at Far Barsey; it has to be the most cosy, comfortable and immaculate cottage we have ever stayed in! Even lovelier than the photos suggest. The farm is situated in beautiful countryside with amazing views and yet is easy to find. There were plenty of places to eat out in local villages (our favourite was The Lion in Ripponden) and within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to explore; Halifax, Hebdon Bridge, Hawarth to name but a few. The cottage owners were really friendly and communication before we arrived and during our stay was excellent. Sadly the snow meant that we had to leave a little early but we intend to return to explore some more and can highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.

Amazing cottage with stunning views
Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. A lovely welcome with a jug of milk, tea/coffee/sugar and a pack of tasty ginger biscuits! The views from all around the property are stunning, pictures don't do it justice. Weather was nice to take advantage of the outdoor area. Lovely places to visit and plenty of walks in the area. Lovely peaceful break to unwind and relax. Loved the location, would love to visit again if in the area. Definitely recommend. Loved the bath! Many thanks to the owners, the cottage is a credit to you.
