The Villa LAS PALMERAS located in a quiet residential area of Lloret de Mar with a fantastic sea view. Only 800 meters to the center. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. Tranquillity and relaxation are guaranteed thanks to the location. The modern apartment for 4 people is located in the lower level of the villa (plot: 850 sq m) and has a direct access to a large landscaped garden and the private pool (9x5m). Here, loungers on the lawn or on the terraces offer relaxation and recreation. There are 2 bedrooms (1xdouble +2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining room is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. (The homeowners live on the upper floor.(Renovated 2024)
