Noisy Neighbourhood

Overall the apartment was fine for our 10 day stay but due the complex being a residential complex it was spoilt by noisy residents out on patios till the early hours singing, shouting, banging, then early morning the revving of cars which were being fixed by the local mechanic, we were informed by the property manager a month before our holiday that they have issues with the pools and he couldn’t guarantee that they would be fixed in time and told us we could inform Arbo and they would help us find other accommodation but this didn’t bother us as we would have been in Cyprus for a month before we rented this apartment, when we arrived we were surprised to be told by locals that both swimming pools have not been in use since the new regulations were brought two years ago but the listing still shows them in use in all their glory, some of the residents stated that they will not be paying any extra for fencing and for employment of a life guard which is what is needed before the pools will reopen, if you do decide to rent a car is needed as is it at the top end of the Universal area but the roads are good to get out and about.

Perfect apartment

This is well maintained and has everything we needed and more . The balcony was soooo spacious one of the best out door spaces we have had on our many visits to island . Its clean and very well equipt .it is at the outer edges of universal . Nice quiet area pool was cleaned twice on out stay. I would defiantly recommend this prorty and the manager even came the following morning to check all was ok and if we needed anything .

Clean, spacious apartment. Excellent facilities

Excellent apartment to stay at. Very clean and modern. Communication with the apartment manager was excellent before and during our stay. Made everything easy and straight forward. Good value for money. Pool is clean and the area is pretty quiet. Highly recommended stay in Paphos.

Great stay in Cyprus

We are very happy to have chosen this apartment. Great location, easy to reach attractions, the apartment is big enough with a big terrace, there is everything you need, even cooler bags, which really came in handy when traveling. Private parking under the roof. The pool was not working during our stay, but it did not spoil our stay in Cyprus at all - after all, we came to travel around the island, so there is plenty of water around :) Dear Martin, Thank you for your hospitality and hope to see You in Lithuania !
