Comfortable cozy winter home in Chimney Hill!!!!

Spacious four season home located in Chimney Hill Association. 5 bedrooms, large loft, 2 baths, and two decks. Home is equipped with all the amenities and sleeps 10+. Driveway with direct access to house. Kitchen and main living area renovated with new gas fireplace, new carpet and on demand hot water system. We are a ten minute drive to Mt Snow and about 2 miles to downtown Wilmington which offers great restaurants and shops.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are two Connecticut families who have grown up skiing and snowmobiling in the mountains of Vermont and are now able to enjoy these hobbies with our own children.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this home many years ago while we were visiting in Vermont. We decided to go look at some properties with a realtor and this has been our getaway home ever since!

What makes this property unique

Our home is ten minutes to Mt Snow and about two miles to downtown Wilmington which offers great restaurants and shops.
