Estate4home - Maison Jenny

Located in la Sponda area, a few steps from the "Sponda" bus stop and the central Piazza dei Mulini, this spacious house is the ideal solution for family holidays in Positano or for two couples of friends who want to share moments!



The apartment has a large outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of the city of Positano. A breathtaking view of the entire coast up to the faraglioni of Capri!

The house can be reached via stairs, about 80 steps, from the main road Via Marconi.

The locality "Sponda" is full of cafes with panoramic views, bars, restaurants and shops of the Positano shopping area.



SPACE:

The house is arranged on one level, upon entering we find a large kitchen lounge with double sofa bed, flat screen TV and sideboard. The living room is directly connected to the outdoor terrace through a large French door. The kitchen, in Vietri style, is furnished with modern furniture, includes a fridge with freezer, sink, washing machine and dishwasher. Table for 6 people with chairs.

. Along the corridor we find:

1 bedroom: king size bed, wardrobe, tv, air conditioning

2nd bedroom: king size bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning.

Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the outside terrace.

The house has two complete bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.

The house is supplied with bed linen, towels and dishes for the kitchen.

Wifi connection with fiber.



TO NOTICE:

Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm.

For late check-ins after 7.30pm a supplement of €30 will be applied, after 11.00pm a supplement of €50.

Check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am.



The city tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable locally.

This unit was perfect for our stay. The views are gorgeous and the location is perfect - out of the crowds of town, but close enough for easy access, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly Placed In Positano!

We had an incredible stay! Antonio was very responsive. The view was so gorgeous, we bought food and ate in one night to enjoy it. Very clean and loved having the washer after traveling for a week 😊

Lovely getaway!

We traveled to Positano after being in Sorrento for work, and truly enjoyed our stay at Maison Jenny! The property was beautiful - the views from the private veranda were absolutely stunning and exactly as pictured. The apartment itself is clean, charming, and had everything we needed for our stay, which was almost a week in length. The management company was so helpful and shared many options for tours, restaurants, and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. They are very serious about the steps and walking - we averaged about 5 miles a day as we ventured out. This was a great location as we toured the Amalfi Coast and went to several surrounding communities. We would definitely stay again our next time in the area!

Positano Fun Time

The apartment was great! 2 bedrooms, a great patio overlooking the bay. Plenty of room to hang out. Location was a couple stories up stairs from main road, an a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. Giulio was a wonderful host! Would definitely rent again.

Positano stay

Apartment was spacious and the view from terrace was very nice. The big negative was the beds—they were rock hard. They need to replace them with softer beds. Additionally, the shower is very small and tight. The air conditioners worked great. The microwave did not work. Would be nice if more towels were provided. The seventy steps to the apartment definitely can be tough too.

Great location

Maison Jenny was great overall. Good location and an easy walk into town. Responsive property management agent who added extra cleaning at cost and some extra pillows. Deck has a great view but no shade so hard to use during the day but beautiful at night. Beware there are 78 relatively steep stairs to climb up but honestly Possitano has hundreds of steps so that’s just part of the deal. Easy accommodations for a family of four.

Great place to stay in Positano.

We visited in mid July and Positano was very hot and busy. This unit was a perfect spot to get a little distance from the crowds and the apartment air conditioning worked great. It’s a manageable 10-15 minute walk to the main beach area. Final steps up to the unit are steep. There is also a small shop on the street below the unit which sells convenience goods and it’s a great place to grab small food items and beverages. Host was very helpful and made check in easy.

New property with responsive host

The property is the one of the newest addition to the ones managed by the host. There are some teething issues, which I have already highlighted to the host. The team is super responsive and has a positive attitude. It is super conveniently located close to good restaurants and the main road in Positano. The view of the deck is just too good to be true.

Positano

Overall, this property was fairly good. However, we did have some issues with it. There were no dish towels or coffee when we arrived but Marco took care of that quickly. We initially had issues with the coffee maker tripping the electricity when the air conditioner was on, but we found the fuse box and flipped it back on. There are 77 steps up to the apartment which are steep, but this did not bother us particularly-just something to be sure to note. The beds were comfortable and we used the pull out coach as a third bed which worked okay for us. The first bedroom air conditioner did not cool well. So I hope that is something they can address after our departure. The bathroom showers were small and the towels were small as well- didn't fully wrap around the body but they dried! The view from the balcony was lovely. You could see out all across the Mediterranean sea and all of Positano. It would be enjoyed much more, if they could put up an awning to shield the intense sun. The location was great. It was on the main road and just above a main path down into the heart of Positano. We walked back and forth to the beach and shops the three days we were there. It is also across from the bus stop. Valarie and Marco were very helpful and responsive. Valerie set up a driver for us from and to Naples which was fantastic. They offered all kinds of amenities and additional help in scheduling tours. We didn't take advantage of any of them but appreciated the information.

Great location and views

This property is just as pictured. The host was great and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect to all shops and restaurants and the view is amazing from your flat. There is a bus stop right across the street so if you want to head out to other areas during the day you can which was very nice and convenient. Only think to keep in mind is the amount of steps that they need to climb to get to your unit especially if you have a lot of luggage. If you do I would recommend you hire the service to bring up your suitcases. My daughter and I only had two small travel size bags which he helped us carry up:) but when we had to bring them Back down when we were leaving it wasn’t as easy as he made it look lol The house ac works great and it appeared like the kitchen had many supplies but we ate out all our meals so keep that in mind. Only thing I would have to say that is kinda negative but not really is that the shower is very small but the water pressure was good so that helped:) We would definitely recommend this place to others!
