Location, location, location! La Casa di Luna is truly in one of the best spots in all of Positano. The view is nothing short of sensational, and waking up and taking in that scenery each day was a dream.The home itself is beautiful and incredibly special. The decor and finishings give you a genuine taste of Italian culture, with gorgeous ceramics, sculptures, artwork, and thoughtful details throughout. It feels authentic, elegant, and full of character - not like a typical vacation rental.And then there’s Carmine, who was an exceptional host. He was incredibly organized, attentive, and engaged throughout our entire stay, which made everything feel easy, seamless, and secure. We always felt well taken care of. We also highly recommend the in-villa cooking class - such a fun and memorable experience. Truly, chef’s kiss! 🤌Of all the VRBO stays we’ve had, this was probably my favorite. There’s something about this home, its incredible location, the views, and the people that makes it truly unforgettable.A huge thank you to Carmine and the owners for sharing such a wonderful place with us. And, of course, a very special thank you to Luna If you’re staying in Positano, La Casa di Luna is a very special place - we couldn’t recommend it more!

Amazing Property with Exceptional View

My family and I stayed at this wonderful property July 2024. The views are amazing (from the large covered area, as you exit the front doors)and the property offers a lot of privacy given how high it is above the road. The multiple terraces/rest stops along the way gives the property a lot of character. The pool area was great for the kids and allowed a nice break from the crowds. All the rooms are well decorated and clean. It is clear that the host put thought into the home. Also Carmine (host) helped coordinate our arrival/departure and some activities, which was helpful. This property exceeded my expectations!

Better than expected!

When we arrived I was blown away be seeing the views in person. The house is perfectly situated to sit and relax at the same time as taking in the breathtaking view. The house is very well equipped and everything worked as it should. The decorations were also a plus. A lot of care was put into this place and it shows. Just a 10 min walk to the beach and not too difficult. The house had the best showers with water pressure which was a huge bonus! The swimming pool has stunning views and is very well kept up on. The homeowner was welcoming and walked through the house with us to explain how everything worked before leaving. He even arranged transport for us which was wonderful. We had a wonderful time! I will always remember the views and sweet family time we had here!! Highly recommended!

A Fabulous Experience

My wife and I stayed in the villa for two weeks, the last week of September and first week of October, 2024. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. It is exactly as shown in the online photos. The décor throughout is bright and whimsical. Everything works as it should: the a/c, hot water, washer and dryer, appliances, etc. The main terrace is magnificent; very large, relaxing, and the views are arguably the best in Positano. The owner/manager, Carmine Cacace, is as good as they come. He’s available, warm, professional, honest, and helpful. A man of great character and good humor. You can trust him to arrange your airport transfers and trips to all major sites. We recommend his cooking class at his home with his wonderful family. It’s a great experience. Only one caution: Positano (aptly named the vertical city) is a city of many steps so make sure you’re comfortable walking them. If you’re able it’s a walker’s paradise.

Stayed here for my kids senior trip. Pickup at airport through Vrbo was easy and driver was great. Check in was easy. Property has great views and very clean and the location was perfect. It was close to everything. The boat ride that Carmine arranged for us to capri was smooth and boat driver was very nice and attentive.
