The beautiful town centre of Moraira is a wonderful location to spend your holiday or Flexcation. This Lovely Apartment located in the town centre of Moraira is the perfect base to enjoy it to the full. All the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the infamous Blue Flag Beaches, are literally within walking distance, which is ideal, and not necessary to hire a car, unless you would like to explore the stunning and scenic areas of the Costa Blanca, which if you do, there is also a Private underground parking space for this apartment.

This lovely apartment also has Wheelchair Access.

Being located on the 5th Floor, which is also the same level as the large communal pool, gives you great views of the town centre, and the mountainous landscape. Being South West facing you have the luxury of all day sun to enjoy during winter or summer seasons, while you relax on the large balcony with a glass of your favourite beverage, enjoying breakfast, lunch, and or, dinner.

The apartment has a good sized Master Bedroom, with double bed, wardrobes, glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony, air-conditioning, large ceiling fan, and even a TV. The second small guest bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, no windows, but can benefit from the air conditioning, and full light from the lounge. The large and bright lounge has full sized sliding glass doors leading out to the large balcony, making this a very light and bright apartment to enjoy. In the well equipped, modern kitchen, you will find all appliances, with the dining table and chairs close by.

The main entrance to this apartment building has a security entrance system, and elevators leading to all floors. The gardens are very pretty, well maintained, with an abundance of mature Mediterranean flowers, plants and trees.

Central location

Perfect location in the centre of Moriara. The underground carpark was a great added bonus. Paula was great from arrival to departure and we were able to get in the apartment earlier than expected.. what’s not to like! The apartment had everything we needed and was cosy in the evening after a hot day at the beach. The swimming pool area has altered since the photo shown and the area around could do with a bit of a spruce up but if you’re like us and prefer the beach it’s not an issue . Would I go back …. 100% yes
