Holiday home located in a very quiet urbanization, La Emperdola 1, in Calpe in the region of the Costa Blanca North at 5 km from the coast.
You can use both Alicante airport (about 50 minutes drive north) and Valencia airport (about 1 hour drive south) which greatly expands your options to choose the most ideal flight.
Due to its specific location, you can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding hills, the city, the sea and the mountains from the living room and the terraces. You also have direct view and direct access to the communal pool. In this way, the villa becomes ideal for families with children, but also guarantees exceptional tranquility.
This is a 2-storey house, with the living areas at the top and the sleeping areas at the bottom.
The upper living space is divided into 4 parts that flow seamlessly into each other: a dining room, a lounge, a kitchen and an entrance area. Immediately afterwards you will find a toilet and a first large adjoining terrace (17m2), which often serves as a breakfast terrace.
Free-wifi is available and Satellite TV equipped with TV Vlaanderen provides a wide range of Flemish, Dutch, British, German, French and Spanish channels (more than 500!) Worried.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave and a combi fridge freezer.
On the ground floor are the 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath (also usable as a shower). There is parking at and in front of the house. Having a car is necessary.
In the colder winter months you can heat with gas. Ventilation systems are provided in the warmer summer months.
Beaches: Both beaches of Calpe have a blue flag.
Playa Levante / La Fossa: This beach is located east of the villa, about 950 meters long and is a beautiful white sand beach.
Playa Arenal / Bol beach: This is the beach located south of the villa, again with fine, golden sand. The center of Calpe is located on this beach.
Both beaches are separated by the ubiquitous rock (The Penon de Ifach). An ascent of the 332 meter high Penon de Ifach in this 47ha large natural park is an absolute must for sports enthusiasts and for nature lovers.
